Lifting groups for stage shooting

Specially designed, manufactured and installed, they allow the movement of sets, curtains, decorations, stage elements, lights and audio equipment in a versatile and flexible way.

The motorized stage shooting consists of a lifting winch, a system for sending the ropes through the trellis surface and a loading bar.

The lifting winch, specifically designed for theatrical use, is characterized by silent, safe operation and very low maintenance requirements. The speed, capacity and dimensions are variable.

Our machines comply with the European machine directive with CE marking, with the DIN-EN 17206/2020 regulation.

Lifting groups for light trusses

The lifting groups are used for the movement and lifting of lighting and stage trusses to heights. The American can be of various sizes, in steel or aluminium, with one or two tubes, triangular or square.

Latticed floors

Made with GL24H category laminated wood beams, milled to allow flush fixing of the metal profile equipped with slots, within which the pulleys or spools for manually operated pulls can be safely inserted. Made of steel for a more modern theatre, constructed from bent steel slats of suitable dimensions, slotted in the upper part for quick attachment of spools for manual shooting.

Manual pulls

The manual stage shots are set up from time to time according to the needs of the stage technicians. They consist of an aluminum bar of variable length and hemp ropes of suitable size to support the declared load, they serve for the suspension and positioning of light stage furnishings, such as vertical and horizontal goals, backdrops, curtains.

Fire barrier safety curtain

The fire safety curtain, compliant with the current Safety Standards referred to in the Ministerial Decree. 19 August 1966 TITLE V – SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR THE SCENE – 5.2 SCENE SEPARATE FROM THE ROOM – 5.2.4 SAFETY CURTAIN art. 5.2.4.1, 5.2.4.2 and 5.2.4.3. It also responds to the decree of 27 January 1999 "Fire resistance of doors and other closing elements - Tests and classification criteria", and expressly to the art. 3 "installation approval", Mobile closing panel of the proscenium;

It is made up:

  1. Movable closing panel of the proscenium;
  2. Mobile panel guiding system with related support and support structures;
  3. Panel self-weight balancing system with sliding counterweights; balancing pulleys and ropes;
  4. Electromechanical lifting group for moving the panel in ordinary operating conditions;
  5. Security and emergency systems;
  6. Hermeticisms and insulations;
  7. Rain cooling system.

Curtain opener group

The opening of the curtain occurs with an electromechanical unit complete with inverter and limit switches. The movement in the absence of electricity can be operated manually by acting on a control cable located on the stage level.

The curtain is operated by a special control panel which includes a potentiometer for regulating the speed, the curtain opening and closing buttons, the key switch and the emergency stop.
